Welcome to Mind Hero ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience while playing our mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Mind Hero (package: com.mindhero.strata).
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways to provide, maintain, and improve our game services:
- Gameplay & Statistics Data: High scores, puzzle accuracy, reaction times, streaks, sets completed, and unlocked levels. This data is saved locally on your device and optionally synchronized to our cloud servers.
- Google Account Information (Optional): If you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In, we may access your basic profile information (such as your public display name, email address, and profile photo URL) solely for account authentication, global leaderboards, and cloud save synchronization.
- Device & Technical Identifiers: Your Android Advertising ID (GAID), device model, operating system version, system language, and IP address collected automatically by integrated third-party SDKs for ad serving and analytics.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Mind Hero integrates trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device:
- Google AdMob: Used to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob collects device advertising identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and prevent ad fraud. Privacy Policy: Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Auth & Firestore): Used for anonymous authentication, cloud saving high scores, global leaderboards, push notifications, and crash report telemetry. Privacy Policy: Firebase Privacy Terms.
- Google Play Billing: Handles secure in-app purchases (such as Ad Removal). All payment transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not store or collect financial account details or credit card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and update game features, difficulty scaling, and puzzle mechanics.
- To manage global leaderboards, cloud saves, and user progress sync.
- To serve relevant advertisements and reward points/attempts for opt-in rewarded ad views.
- To analyze usage metrics and crash logs to optimize app performance across Android devices.
- To enforce anti-cheat integrity and comply with Google Play Developer Policies.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
We prioritize your data security. All network transmissions to Firebase or Google services are encrypted using Industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Local data is securely cached in Android DataStore and Room database storage on your device.
5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Mind Hero is designed for general audiences (ages 13 and above). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can immediately delete such records.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR / CCPA)
Under applicable data protection laws, you have rights regarding your personal data:
- Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or opt out of personalized ad tracking anytime in your Android device settings under Settings ➔ Google ➔ Ads ➔ Reset or Delete Advertising ID.
- Data Deletion Requests: You can request the complete deletion of your account and cloud leaderboard records by contacting us at stratascale.digital@gmail.com. Upon receipt, we will delete your remote data within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
